The 10th annual Taste of Carlsbad will run from 3-6 p.m. Sept. 23 in downtown Carlsbad, this year partnering with ArtSplash, which features art created by Carlsbad students. Both events are held on Armada Drive between Cannon Road and Palomar Airport Road. The event is a fundraiser for Kids Are Worth A Million, and proceeds support educational programs in the Carlsbad district. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door. Choose 15 tastes from among 30 restaurants, including Carlsbad Gourmet, Chic-Fil-A, Chipotle, Dream Dinners, El Puerto Mexican & Seafood, Fresco Trattoria, Greek Corner, House of Blues, Jamroc 101 Caribbean Grill, King’s Fish House, Knockout Pizzeria, L & L Hawaiian BBQ-Oceanside, Lola’s Mexican Market & Deli, Papa C’s, Pelly’s Fish Market & Cafe, Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza, Sonoma Valley Market, Tri-City Medical Center and Tuscany Ristorante.
